Hey everybody!

Im trying to program a sound close to the bass sound of “Laurent Garnier - The Man With The Red Face”.


I’ve tried to analyse the sound to get a good starting point for programming. What I hear is:

  • 2 OSC, Saw, one pitched one octave lower and slightly detuned (motion)
  • some Overdrive
  • few filter movement

Do you think there’s also some Chorus (or other effect) used?
Would be happy about every hint!

A bit of LFO modulation of the pulse width wouldn’t hurt either. Using the TRG Trig mode of the LFO, with a slight fade in.
