As promised in the Adam Jay Electro Album for 2020 thread, a dedicated thread here for all things release related this year, as not to clog the other thread with very new, very different information, and discussion.

Many releases coming this year on Detroit Underground, Anode Records, Re: Define Records, Resource Records, Milligramme, and more. So putting them all in this thread.

This is phenomenal. I’m a BIG fan of Inoperable Data but this album is on another level in terms of production and sonic exploration.

Fitting, as that track was written on my Pro 2 to commemorate 200,000 perished Americans earlier in the pandemic, in 2020.

“Interior life” immediately stood out to me as I recognised it from one of @AdamJay‘s live performance videos using just M:S as the lone sound source and Octatrack for looping. I’ve watched that video loads of times, it was a most excellent rebuttal to all the crap about the M:S being a toy. Happy to see the track get a proper release, and looking forward to listening to this full album properly.
