I’ve been thinking about complimenting my Keys with a piece of semi modular such as Doepfer Dark Energy or Dreadbox Erebus. Does anybody else do this? I’m a total cv noob so don’t spare the details. Erebus is paraphonic, can I take advantage of that thru cv with the Keys?
The Erebus seems to be a really nice synth. Demos sound great. You can use the AK to sequence the semi modular via cv, you can also use envelopes and/or lfos from the AK and modulate parameters that are available as cv in on the modular. It works great. I can recommend the Elektron midi/cv split adapter.

That’s a good video, the question that remains is this:
Can cv do polyphony? Is it strictly monophonic? The Erebus and Nyx can do two notes simultaneously. Can two notes be sent thru one cv out?
One voltage, one note. You have four cables though so you could send four voltages. Probably need some plocks to do it.
