Analog Heat vs. Analog Four

A quick question: relative to filtering/enhancing/etc. sounds from a separate synthesizer (analog or digital), what would an Analog Heat provide vs. using an Analog Four as an “effects box”?

More distortion? Ease of getting to various settings? Just wondering on this.

Thanks for any insights.

I have an AK and AH. I thought the AK would be an awesome effects box, but maybe it’s just the workflow aspect that leaves me using the AH a lot more for effects and live filtering/EQ.
