Hi
have had my AR since Christmas
doesnt happen all the time but every now and then i get an electrical zap
stings a little. Would it be a live wire touching the units case?
I should report it and get it fixed but i am scared of losing the AR for a while
has this happened to anyone else?
Yeah dude! Happens when i’m not in a treated/ non conductive environment. Seems like all the black boxes do this, my A4 does the same.
Best advice is to not wear socks!
Especially at the corners of my AR where the black paint is a little worn of this happens.
Same here, the corners of AR are sometimes stinging like they were burning hot. It seems that the charge somehow accumulates in the metal casing.
It happen to me in the old part of my house, in the new part with a nice electricity instalation it necer happend! Don t know if the power instalation has solething to do here?

Edit: best to get your own response from support, every bodies case might be different to mine, I don’t want to get anyone injured 
…try to isolate yourself from the floor… you don’t get any of those zaps if you lift your feet from the floor right? if you put some carton board right below where you put your feet, it shouldn’t happen anymore

yeah same here! One time when I got zipped, Overbridge stopped working and turned the bit crusher sound on.
