A heads up to a very cool looking new app out called Takate. It’s got super trippy visuals, and a interface that looks a lot like Touchable for Ableton. MIDI appears to be supported although I haven’t tested it yet and you can run external audio into it. There’s even a free version to check out. Sweet stuff.
