Backing up plus drive sounds

I want to back up sounds on the plus drive (sysex dump to a mac) but I can’t figure out how. I know there was a thread on this subject but i can’t find it. I’m using the C6 software but not Overbridge on an A4 mk1 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
