If you like your techno euphoric / anthemic use notes that jump around a lot any common scale will do.
If you want a cool club vibe use notes close to each other eg chromatic.
Chromatic is not good for random though.
Microtonal chromatic is the coolest of all.
And don’t forget to tune your entire kit.
