Can not send sysex files

from AR MK II or A 4 cant send sysex files via C6 to PC.
Have five times shut down pc. 5 times download c6 and new installed.
Shut down c6 too.
Think c6 know the gear I think, cause A4 is listed but cant receive anything.
Have You any idea what can I try.

C6 can be a nightmare. Did the same with me on my digitone then the following day worked fine

Sorry, my mistake: Midi Config>Port Config>Output To !USB ! I dont try with it, dont thought with it. Now all is fine. Thanks a lot for fast answering.
