Working on sub bass that translates better on smaller speakers. Itā€™s improving slowly but feels like a never ending story somehow, too. I have very limited monitoring options to be fair.

The base was way more audible in this version on my Earbuds pro - Both versions sounds great on Apple airpods proā€¦

Thanks! Thatā€™s valuable feedback indeed. AirPods seem to put a lot more weight in the low end which is maybe comparable to the usual bluetooth speakers etc.

Iā€™m running everything through rather old, but way more neutral Mission 700 (the really old ones from the 80s) speakers that go easily down to somewhere around 45Hz but nowhere as near to booming subs, of courseā€¦

Ignored the A4 for a while, so I thought I do a little mutlitrack sampling thing today. Sampled 7 sequences from A4 to maschine. There is NI replica and Raum on some sounds, but A4 is the only sound source, nothing fancy but I enjoy the simple sweet A4 sound.

I guess this sense ofā€¦hmmā€¦something thereā€¦is what I look for when creating these sonic potpurris. Suddely itā€™s there; then hearing this from someone else too, thats cool.

Another go at A4 as single sound source. Reverb is NI Raum.
I would take the A4 Reverb but sampling sounds with reverb on them is always difficult.
