In my humble experience the best and most flexible way to mount a monitor arm is clamping it to the table. And just to be clear; I’m talking about a computer screen stand aka “monitor stand” , not speakers.

bumping this thread as I’m in the market for a new monitor for DAW production. a curved monitor seems like a good idea. can anyone recommend a monitor around 29 inches, budget 200 - £400.
