I bought a used Digitakt early this year and at Guitar Center I’ve noticed that their Digitakt has a completely different screen than mine. That one is crystal clear, like a computer screen, while mine is a bit foggier and low res. Its not a deal breaker at all, I still love this thing, but am I missing something in the settings or is this just a thing with older models?

If you don’t mind losing it (presuming there may be one) then using your thumb nail on the corner of the screen should start it peeling - you won’t be the first to not see the film and they can be quite hard to spot

Yeah this definitely sounds like the plastic is still on.
So satisfying taking those off!

Was about to say that the plastic removal on Digitakt was one of the best ever, even better than the plastic on a new tv. I recommend pulling it when the DT is on.

I just peeled off the film before I read this thread. Kept in on, because I wasn’t sure if I will return it. Very satisfying indeed… and no… I will keep it
