Hello ! I have a question concerning the digitone master effects… When i play digitakt as master and digitone as slave, i have no problem using the digitone master effects ( in L in R pan chr rev ovrd ) but i can not get it work when using octatrack mk2 as master and digitone as slave… I have the midi in digitone midi out octa, and cables going from out left and right digi in input AB octa… Can someone help me out ?
You want to use Digitone master fx on Octatrack output? In that case plug Main or Cue outputs in DN. Plug as quoted if you want to record or listen in OT only.
With CUE you can use DN fx like send / return fx, and set fx send on each track.
I use the midi octa to play the digitone ( making arps right now ). So my connection is
Digi midi in / octa midi out
Digi left/right / octa AB
On the octa audio tracks i made different sounds… I would like to use the digitone master fx on those flex audio tracks …
I just did cue octa / input LR digi but nothing is happening ( i also put the volume up to 127 in octa mix )
Is there something else i should do inside octa or digitone ?
You have to enable CUE send per track : CUE button + Track. It should blink, if you are not in CUE Studio mode.

You can also check with OT Main outputs first.
