Dotted 8th Note into a Demical

Does anyone know how to tranlate a dotted eighth note into a decimal point?
For example- I’m using the DIGITAKT and I want to set the delay to a dotted 8th…
Would I set it to 8.5?

Delay Time sets the delay time. It is relative to the current BPM and is measured in 128th notes. For instance, a setting of 32 equals a one beat delay (four sixteenth notes). (1.00–128.00)

It doesn’t have to be seen as complex, the value is just the number of 128th notes between repeats…

I set it to 24 for Time Value and it seems to mimic the Dotted 8th notes fine so far
