+Drive recalls Synth and Sample assignments, right?

Hello all, and sorry if this has been asked already (@mods: please join this topic if useful).

I am asking the following in help for a friend of mine who owns an AR and is not really able to speak/write in English.
I do not have an AR…only its pdf manual.

And, after reading some parts of it, I believe the answer should be YES…but, somehow, he believes this is not happening. When he’ll be back at home I’ll double check this…meanwhile: any of you wise AR’s users can confirm my asking?
Specifically: Will the selected sample be saved in the +Drive Sound?
Or only the settings of its Page will be maintained?
This has to do with the sample slot in the SoundPool, of course, so changing Project with a different SoundPool should bring a different sample assignments, right?

Thank you very much in advance

A sample assignment is saved with the Sound, I believe this is quite user friendly in that it will possibly even find a sample if the sample is moved within the +Drive - obviously it will not restore a sample if deleted - so Sounds do retain references to Samples

Sound Pool references (for sound locks) are different in that these only point to a reference in the current pool

I rarely use the samples side, so I am not too familiar with the ins and outs

Sounds saved exclusively to the sound pool would be lost if you moved to a new project
