Now that we can run our external synths via DT’s inputs, I am wondering if we can modulate the input level via MIDI CC (like we can with the Digitone)
Failing that is there another way to duck the input level of a bass synth coming into the external input eg via the compressor?

the compressor on the DT actually affects the input already… not sure if that’s what you’re after?
thanks I am looking to affect the input independent of the mix. probably by sending MIDI lfo from OT to DT
The comp can be triggered by one of the audio-inputs as well.
Feed your synth to one, a 4/4 pulse or kick to the other. Keep the last one silent and use it just to trigger the comp
