Elektron customer service is killing me

I made a ticket almost a month ago(9/19) for a bad PSU for my Rytm and haven’t heard jack shit yet. Kinda mad. Luckily I have an A4 so I still have a PSU that works but I can only use one of them right now. Sure I can buy a new one but i’ve had this rytm for about 2 months so I feel like I should be getting a free one. I also emailed the dist center in US and they told me to make a ticket with elektron. Still nothing.

Hah! I didn’t even know they did customer service. They already have my money, I might as well be dead to them now.
