Every time I get to the payment stage, the system throws an error.

It’s showing multiple orders on my account! One for each attempt to buy an item.
I really hope they’re not going to attempt to charge me for these orders!
Edit: I’m told these orders are temporary and I won’t get charged. Phew!
last time I checked, i REALLY had to put down a phone number , off course was just random numbers…make sure u have filled that field out with numbers
EDIT; was really happy to have received my Tshirt and Overhub in outstanding quality, decent customer support without any hickups!

It was (and perhaps in some way still is) possible to order something without entering a phone number. However, one reason that the logistic/shipping department asks for a (preferably valid) phone number is that it is actually required by UPS when creating the shipping labels.
AFAIK: if UPS in turn, for any reason, are unable to deliver a package. They prefer to be able to contact the recipients to re-organize an delivery (different time/adress whatever). So…

[li]An order without a (phone) number, will just be put on hold at the logistic/shipping department.[/li]
[li]And if filled up with just random numbers, it may in the end just mess things up for no one else than he/she who awaits that delivery. Which could make the delivery delayed several days or in worst case even leading to the package being returned to Elektron.[/li]

AFAIK, regarding the webshop etc. They are working on the issues. However, if anyone of you feels a bit unsure of something that seems/looks odd, don´t hesitate to contact support.

Sorted. Support guys have had to process the order for me manually.
I suspect it’s related to me trying to order via a debit card rather than PayPal.
