What gives? This is the same app they released when the Digitakt came out. Nothing is new in it. Has someone made a mistake? Weird.
Iām guessing it didnt work for Rytm MK2 until now
No.Previous version(?) of Transfer app. works fine for mk2.
Should have been way clearer about what this was. My heart nearly stopped before i realised this afforded my DT nothing new Maybe I need to get out more
Loaded up about 40 samples of Linndrum LM-2. After I dropped all the wav.s I looked for a start button because all the files were on the screen. I didnāt even realize all the samples had already transferred to the Digitaktā¦way way faster than C6! Elektron should develop this for for all their sample loading gear!

I mean- The Octatrack is pretty immediate for sample transferring and theyāre preparing to drop this for the ARmk1
Also- the Octatrack storage setting is different
Hi,
has anyone installed Transfer App on OS 10. 8.5?
Any idea to import samples from Mac 10.8.5 ? No chance!!
Is it not working? Donāt select your sound card for the in or outā¦use Digitakt IN and Digitakt OUT! I kept try to select output as my sound card on my iMac and switched to my MacBook Air and it worked. Iām going to try to load samples with my iMac again and see if itās workingā¦
About sample transfer on other Elektron gearā¦I was thinking they could implement this for Rytm and Machinedrumā¦Octatrack has the card so itās already fast and samples portable with multiple cards for projects.

C6 has always worked fine for me
I guess we are two lucky guys then ā¦
Thx for the reply, but I didnāt buy Digitakt because iām not sure to able to upload my sample library. I need to understand if itās possibile.
The minimum requirements say 10.9 on the site. You could always download the application since itās free and instal it to see if it runs on your 10.8.5 system.
What Mac are you on?
C6 is a great app, but this works as fast as you drop the files into it!
When are we getting this for the AR mk1? Why is it not available for the AR mk1 now?
Mac book pro (2009), Itās an old friend!

It has been stated here by Simon that it depends on oB update. And it will definitely come.
The exact reply is not really based on app. Someone ask Where is the firmware for the MKI?
So the Simon reply was :
The reason why it has not been released yet is that it would break compatibility with the current version of Overbridge, and will therefore need to be released at the same time as the new Overbridge version in the works. This version is slated for release in February.
Main Reason is to not breaking anything for people globally
- Transfer will remain a separate application
- And yes, backup is coming.
(Intermediate updates to only the firmware are of course still a possibility, but once the protocol has changed in both firm- and software the update will need to be released as one package) There is separate teams for Overbridge and firmware. They of course collaborate, but weāre not āwasting resourcesā on Overbridge by any means.
Perhaps firmware updates were more frequent pre-OB, but you also need to consider that we had only Four and Rytm that were actively developed during that time period. Now we have a lot more products etc. Overbridge is not the sole reason for everything.
End of the Transcription.
Now wait is the only way.
Your MacBook Pro will run Yosemite 10.9 you should install it and then youāre all set.

10.9 is Mavericks, but itās never that simple to just advocate upgrading, thereās compatibility with other hardware and software and thereās bloating from OSX to consider if the hardware isnāt ideal - needs research (and itās a hassle, especially if things are working fine)
