I’m in! Very good idea ! Agree to stay on a sélection of 2 or 3 tracks per week. It’s good to see how other people manipulate the same material.

If I choose a sample to use, but I find another element in a different sample I want to use, can I use that too?

Excluding my own sample of course

Sure! You can also use other samples/instruments to add to your song, but I think it would be great of the samples in this thread are used as much as possible, and as creatively as possible.

Okay, bear with me: I have no experience making hip-hop or chopping samples :sweat_smile:

When I read the prompt, my thoughts went to supplying an original sample for others to use. So this morning, I recorded this bit of progression from a song my band used to play.
