The buttons on my Perkons are my favourites. I also really liked the OT mk1 style buttons. I once tried a friends 909 and those step buttons were fantastic.
You’ve set me up to fanboy but the latest generaton of Elektron switches are the best I use by far - I have a real soft spot for mechanical style keys and I find these so tactile and satisfing. Especially as they also provide a lot of visual feedback.
I suspect I’d like the Perkons but I haven’t been lucky enough to try one.
Novation Pads (like on the [new] Circuits)
I love the keys on the *takt/tones but I also hate them. They feel great, but my wife won’t let me jam next to her.
You sure it’s the keys mate
My favourite button is a physical midi panic button.
takt / tone buttons
cirklon ones look lovely too
The [ON] button.
Yamaha QY-700 -style computer keyboard buttons are the sexiest and best by far.
Another vote for the new Elektrons. Keys on the M8 also extremely tactile and satisfying

-
Favorite Switches and Selectors : miniKORG 700 FS and Vermona PERfourMER
-
Favorite Sliders : UDO Super 6 Keyboard and miniKORG 700 FS
Panic button
Vermona Mono Lancet and Perfourmer switches - old school but super high quality.
Yamaha DX7II - nice and firm clicks.
Yes they are very good given the small size, pretty responsive and good range.
I quite like Elektron buttons, very high quality.
Nord buttons were always nice too, look similar to the Avalon.
Worst kind are tactile buttons, especially non sealed which always go bad, absolute worst is OP-Z, MPC not far behind.
Those 70’s square ones with the LED’s ala Prophet 5 etc. positive

The elektron buttons are probably my favorite but have been ruined ever since I bought a keyboard with lubed key switches…. Those keys are just so damn smooth and the elektron switches kinda feel scratchy to me now lol
MB 2s buttons have got a nice feel too.
