Filtering CC-messages

Hi! Kinda noob question here. Is there any way to filter certain Midi CC that gets in. I have a cheap small USB keyboard Im using and it seems to send on octave change buttons CC that messes with my sounds. I would like to get rid of this but still keep mod wheel working. I found theres is way to turn off all CC but thats not what I want to do. My cheap keyboard sent something from range 81-89 on the octave buttons, so is it possible to turn of separate CCs or could I possible remap that particular CC to something that doesnt do anything (say, “empty” perf-knob?).

Ive tried to go thru the manual but that isnt exactly the strongest point of Elektron products I see :slight_smile:

The manuals are pretty thorough IMHO, but there’s no way to achieve what you want on both counts in the machine. However, there are a few products and techniques you could use externally via gadgets or computers, hardly elegant and likely more expensive than replacing keyboard controller. Midipal or you could do it on the cheap if the controller is class compliant usb and you have a raspberry pi with pd loaded
