I need to open my Analog Keys - help

I just got through a really strong wind & rain storm: tree fell on house taking studio skylight out. glass all over my equipment.

Anyway I need to take the casing off as glass got inside. I’ve taken the perimeter ones out already, so their are others I need to remove. Which screws should I or shouldn’t I remove to do this. Anyone know?

BTW: I’ve removed the knobs of course.

Don’t know, but please take photos of the process and post here.

This will help when you have to put it back together.

And help anyone else who may have to do it in the future.

Sorry can’t be of any help, good luck

A lot of electronics put screws under the rubber feet and under stickers. If it doesn’t come apart easily look there. Good luck.

Here’s how to open the A Keys

Remove all knobs

Turn over

Remove the 18 T10 star drive screws on the outside perimeter

Remove the 2 T10 screws that are are about two inches from each side

Once the 20 screws are out, with the upside out keys facing you, lift the bottom casing from the front and pull up and out away from the back

You’ll notice there are three ribbons which need to be disconnected to separate the two halves . (I didn’t need to do that as all I needed to do was was get the few glass particles out)

Stupid question maybe but how did you actually remove the grey knobs on the top right? Just pull?

i think all elektron units are the same…the grey knobs can be just liftet off…pulled off… make sure u r above the knobs, without an angle to it…steady pulling will get these out…did it on my former MM

yes just pull. they are slotted so they fit back on in just one way

photos, please! I’m interesting to take a look how are separated outputs are realized against a4
