Individual Outputs RS/CP - CY/CB switch

Sorry for the inconvenience but I’ve search everywhere and i can’t seem to find the solution to record the RS/CP into my daw using the individual outputs of the Analog Rytm.

Im only able to record the CY/CB i know I’m missing something but i don’t know what this could be.

I would really appreciate your help. Thank you

I tried changing the cable but still gives me no sound

does your cable work for the other outlets -sd or lt - note that i had included a link in last post !
