I’m waiting since monday to get a proper response from the support.
I wrote an email and it got answered in around 6 hours telling me to use the support form, which I did but since monday there seems to be no movement or actions at all.
Anyone experiencing the same ?
PS: I’ve read the other topic and have been at messe this year, but I think it doesn’t take a week to recover to full supportive power ?
