Is the Elektron Support still delayed because of the Musikmesse?

I’m waiting since monday to get a proper response from the support.
I wrote an email and it got answered in around 6 hours telling me to use the support form, which I did but since monday there seems to be no movement or actions at all.

Anyone experiencing the same ?

PS: I’ve read the other topic and have been at messe this year, but I think it doesn’t take a week to recover to full supportive power ?

Correct me if I’m wrong and thanks in advance :slight_smile:

i don’t know…
it took like 2 weeks for me to have them to answer. But once they did, i was able to have fast communication.
