I’m looking to control with Digitakt with the Keystep Pro in order to have more control over velocity and syncing with my other gear. So far, all I can get is one sound triggering chromatically, which is annoying. I have set the octave to the lowest setting, I’m on auto channel 10, and none of it is working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Unless I misunderstand something, it is normal. DT isn’t polyphonic, unless you use a midi processor hack with RK002 or Midipal…
Lowest notes triggers tracks 1-8, then it’s chromatic and monophonic.
Note numbers 0–7 correspond to notes C0 through to G0…These notes will trigger the Sound of track 1 through track 8, respectively
MIDI note numbers 12–59 (corresponding to notes C1–B4) will trigger the Sound of the active track in any of its 49 chromatic variations.
Btw I still don’t get why we can’t play C5.

SOLVED. I had to map out my drums to go from 0-7 instead of 36 and so forth. Thank you guys for the help

Hey, so i am having the same issue with my rytm. so you stayed on autochannel 10 on DT? and then you mapped the controller with the arturia software? 0-7 per drum track correct? im going to try to have multiple drum machines running on a single midi channel so i have to work this out…
