so i’m currently without a decent laptop, except for a low powered Windows 10 netbook with a shitty ARM processor and 4GB RAM. suppose i wanted to run some sort of midi sequencer to add structure to my hardware jams (no DAW capabilities needed - just midi clock, notes, program changes etc), what might be a good bet?
