Midi to cv

Hello everyone,
I am planning on starting my eurorack. I currently own two semi-modular synths. The Moog Grandmother and the DFAM.
I want to to have my Digitakt as the brain, Ive been researching which is the best option for a midi to cv converter, but I can’t seem to find one that will integrate everything. Is it the Umidi, the Pamela, Yarns.
What do you think?

I use my Analog 4, it if I needed a stand-alone midi-cv converter I’d probably use a CV.OCD. (Edit: ignore me, just saw that you are planning on starting a euro rack case)
