Model:Cycles only music

There is nothing weird going with p locking and such, I like to keep it simple  That sound at the beginning is very easy to achieve with the tone machine: Shape and contour at 127, color at .0125 and sweep at 0.

@warpigs330: Which snare? I don’t recall having any snare at all in that one  But I agree that it’s almost impossible to get a nice sounding one out of it…

Oh sorry, I was responding to a different post.

I made a live jam once, too! It’s a bit longish, I just got lost in the sounds…

I just discovered Orca and I’m losing my mind
This 7 minute jam was randomly generated

Are you sending CCs to modulate the params for each track? Would love to get a look at how your orca grid was setup, since I’ve been using it a bit with other devices but hadn’t really considered rigging it up to the M:C.

Great track, btw!

Just listened to this. Impressive, especially after reading his explanation:

there is no mixing/post production. everything you hear comes directly from m:c. usb cable coming out of m:c goes to camera adapter, which is connected to my iphone, which i use to record my videos. usually i chain patterns in order to play the piece

Just had this wonderful machine for 2 days, made a first doodle on it:

Set out to make some techno, but some weird reggealike music emerged. Just a quick doodle.

I like to keep myself busy with these 1 minute ig snippets of audio and animation. This is the first one after buying the M:C.

Basically I made a nice melodic pattern, which I promptly ctrl-all’d to hell. Some drum sounds are from ableton, but they were sequenced live with the m:c midi.

Oops! All FM.

Didn’t have much of a goal here, but I loved the rawness of just getting a jam out there for the sake of it.

Still loving this instrument and hearing what everyone is doing with theirs!

That’s so surreal. The sounds suit the visuals in an awesome way.
