I recorded this song last winter after my grandfather passed away, written from the perspective of his widow. I was planning to wait until the EP it will be on is finished to release it, but a couple close friends have since passed, so I figured I’d put it out now for my friends to enjoy (and anyone else who may choose to listen).
It’s pretty much all Analog Rytm except for a field recording of me walking through a graveyard, played on the Octatrack. It’s a rather personal and emotional song, but happier tunes will be coming soon
