There are good comparison answers in this thread already that go into some of the technical differences, but the Machinedrum sequencer is plenty capable, especially for what you ask. I use it to play my DSI Evolver Desktop and it’s great.
From everything I’ve read, it seems the OT sequencer is preferred due to more features, however when it comes to straight up tight MIDI timing are both equal?
