Octatrack Pickup Machine bug

Hi there,
I experienced kind of a weird Octatrack-behaviour: When I’m using a pickupmachine i’m just hearing the left channel through my headphones. And yes, i’m feeding the Octatrack with a stereo signal through the A B-input and configured it accordingly in the record-setup-menu.
Are you experiencing the same problem or do you have ans solutions?

Do you have some activity on both A and B Led indicator?

Yes.
In the end an empty reset did it for me.
