OT -> A4 OR a4 -> OT

I had an A4 for a while and never clicked with it. I’ve got a line on a good deal and am considering it again mostly because of how good the percussion sounds and I figure I can make better use of it now. So I’m wondering, would I route the one into the other or the other into the one? Any experience here?

I usually do octatrack cue out to analog 4 in and analog4 to octatrack in ab. So both. :slight_smile:

I always have my A4 routed through my OT…and midi out from OT to mini in on A4. Doing what jonah is doing with cue out in studio mode is nice too. I sometimes route other gear into the A4 for the effects channel though.
