OT with Xbase888

Dear Elektronauts,

i read here a Post but maybe this not help in my case.
It is possible to Sidechain the OT with the Xbase888, if the OT will be the Master?
I want to connect some other Hardware too.

The easiest way would be to add a nice little comp. I’d recommend/I use the RNLA for that purpose.

If you mean using the XBase as the sidechain input to the OT’s compressor: no, you can’t do that with just those two units.

But if you have an external compressor with a sidechain input, then yes, definitely. The OT being the master shouldn’t change things.

Sorry it is t not clear right now for me.

Is the OT the master or the slave in this case?
If i add a external compressor and want to sidechain the OT ( this only make sense in my opinion ).
Maybe a draw will helpful.
