Pickup machine doubt

Hi, I would love that when I record a sample with the pickup machine the sample don’t change the tempo of the song.

I read on the manual that it’s becouse I have assign as a master but I don’t know how to change it

You can use QREC, but you can’t record lengths like 3 bars, 6 bars, etc…otherwise it change the tempo. Deal breaker for me.

You can define loop length with RLEN.

Or use a Recorder / Flex if you don’t need overdub. Defined length too.
