Diggin’ this. So it definitely records/samples external gear.
If only some shop could leak the thing already!!!
jogwheel?
And I just got a bonus at work.
Super thin. Like an old iPad case in terms of thickness.
Polyend napkins. Whipe off your sweaty fingers after a neo soul gig
Right at the end he sweeps a filter on the drums using the jog wheel.
I don’t know what it is but I hope it has a song monde
Very nice form factor, big knob, sampling, tracking/sequencing, granular (?) access… hmmm… mmmmh…
Hopefully it can do card streaming?
Co to jest?
OK, which BIG name do we want to collaborate with? Software or Hardware?
Sugar bytes for the software side would be sick. Imagine this paired with Polyends knowledge about sequencing.
Might be exactly this, I hope they took a close look at SAMPLR app.
Judging from size I hope it won’t cost more than 400 - 500 Euro.
When I saw the last teaser, it totally reminded me of the SAMPLR app. Maybe that’s all they are using, and their new product is just a jog wheel for the iPad?
I hope not
close-up of the knob
rubberised plastic or Aluminium?
Also someone on FB asked if Richard James is involved in this project? and Polyend liked it
Pleaseeeee stereo sampling
That last vid has got the gas running. Very intriguing
the last video reminded me of the monome mlr kinda record then directly slice and dice. I doubt it’s a collab with monome though. but the monome Arc does have very nice, high resolution, big encoders
but I’m probably only thinking that because I remember a monome/mlr video from waaaaay back with Brian playing a Wurlitzer into the app, then slicing and dicing it.
Kinda looks and sounds like a standalone monome/mlr
^beat me to it
Any date?
Black Box alternative my thinks now, but tracker style as I said earlier…
I’m ravenous with anticipation. If it is, in fact, capable of mlr type real time manipulation in multiple tracks… I’m selling everything lol
