Possible broken leds and unbalanced feet

Hi,

I just got my analog keys and I notice that the leds above Multimap and Midi Ext do not light up when I toggle these modes which is very confusing. Is this normal behavior or are these leds broken? This happens in a fresh project as well as in the factory project. Can anyone shed some light (no pun intended) on this? Also the unit is sitting unbalanced on a glass table, the lower left of the rubber feet has like 3mm of space between the surface it is standing on which results in extremely annoying action when touching buttons or playing the keys.

Cheers.

The solution for the uneven feet is gentle pressure, I’m not so sure how common this is with the AK, but it happens from time to time with the smaller form factor boxes. It could happen after the unit leaves the assembly or it could happen under extreme heat fluctuations, it’s certainly a problem, but if you returned it, it would probably just be subject to the gentle pressure to rectify the misalignment - may be best to do it yourself under guidance from support.

As for the LEDs these are testable

Hi Avantronica,

Thanks for your fast response.

I tested the leds just now and they work fine, thats a relief. However I still don’t understand why they don’t light up when i press the buttons below them, I expect the led to light up when I’m in MIDI Ext mode, why is this not the case? The same goes for Multi Map, it is very confusion without the indictor.

Also in regards to the uneven feet, i’ll try to sort it out with the store where I bought the unit.

Cheers.

Can anyone please verify whether the leds above Multi Map and MIDI Ext are supposed to light up when these modes are engaged (in a fresh project)?. They don’t on my brand new analog keys, however as stated above they do work when I test them in the test function.
