Problem overlapping long samples

Hello I check some tutorials and I don’t see nothing.
I have one long sample with a beat and I change the ptn and the part but the long sample (I trig pressing func + the bottom 1, so the bottom becomes yellow instead of green) but the sample continue playing even if I’m on ptn2
The thing it’s that I want that when I change the ptn even if the long sample it’s not finish. I would love that the sample stop and start the second one
(I have a lot of arpeggios on the sample and I improvise with the trumpet and I would love to can change the harmony when I want)

I think to make 64 bars samples but the point here it’s that I would love to change to the next ptn without needing to finish the 64 sequence

In the pattern settings ([FUNC] + [PTN]) there is an option called “start silent” which can be used to configure the behavior if a previous started sample on a track continues playing or gets stopped.
