With the new site, you must re-register password : Ok, done.
I’ve just purchased two packs on the Elektron site : no confirmation mail, no packs in my “sound packs”, nothing in “orders”. I bought a Rytm pack couple months ago : it appears in “orders” but invisible in my “sound packs”. Quite long. I don’t worry at all, but these things should be quicker : i need to work. Made a ticket, but did not expect to.
Does anybody had the same problem ?

Hi yes. I experienced the same problem.
Normally you can download the pack immediately. Now…nothing…
Also no confirmation or whatsoever.

Hi. I talked with Elektron guys today at Messe. I wouldn’t worry about it… Its a bit unfortunat
with changes to their site layout and busy times at musikmesse.
Yeah, no worries at all in my side, of course, we don’t deal with robbers.
Just a little bit… how to say…edgy.
Cos an automatic reply is no big job. Even if it’s for saying " Be patient for your packs for a couple of days " A warning before purchase would be a pinnacle of delicacy !
