Jesus I hate even asking because I DESPISE this design change that is now seemingly being adopted by all phones. Thanks Apple. Thanks. Would’ve never have happend under Steve.

Anyway. I got a new(ish) iPhone to replace my old Android (thought it might be time to come back to the iOS fold after many years away).

I bought a Lightning-to-3.5mm socket adapter. Don’t laugh. It’s bullshit. It works. But so would gaffer-taping the phone to my ear.

Can anyone recommend some in-ear bud type headphones. I don’t want them made from unicorn bones with plutonium diaphrams. Just a decent sounding, reasonably priced set that hold a reasonable charge in a nice understated colour that hasn’t been endosed by a rap producer.

Probably horrible to recommend something I’ve never tried, but people seem to like the Jabra ones, so they may be worth researching(?). I’ve got some airpod pros and they work great, especially in the ecosystem, but the price is pretty ridiculous and I feel sort of like an idiot for admitting I paid it. And I’d probably be dumb enough to do it again if I lost them…
