Recommendations for converting FLAC to AIFF / Win10?

I need a FLAC to AIFF converter that retains album art and metadata. On the mac, I use and love the app “Max” for this task. However, now I need the same functionality for Windows 10. Any recommendations?

I’m a bit out of the windows game (last used windows for music things in 2006 IIRC lol), so any suggestions on contemporary apps for this would be appreciated. Preferably with a GUI and free or open source (cheap ones are ok too I guess)

Not sure on artwork but iirc Foobar would at least retain metadata, might be worth looking at.
