Resampling tricks

I would like to know what you do with resampling…

I like to create a kick… maximize reverb send… stop the kick and record the deep reverb you keep on hearing
then I place it on a trig just behind the kick, or on a separate voice/ track
and form the kick with a nice enveloppe little attack, not too long… etc…
and I can have this great atmosphere around my kick, that I can turn off whenever I want to
and have my reverb empty for other voices

Also, I take away all rev and delay, resample the master…
and place this all on a track… and chop it (p-lock start points)
to create fills, stutter/ beat repeat sounding p-locks… reverse… etc…

but what else? I’d like to hear your tricks…

I find it cool resampling at anytime. Nothing major at the moment, just resampling the sequencer and playing other samples on top. Also its cool I can play incoming stuff and resample it with samples. I really get lost creating my own loops :scream:

Some people have experience resanpling ?

Great recent resampling tutorial here: https://youtu.be/YSCrbF-u7gE

I really just think of it like layers on my SP404. I guess a good trick is to save your samples at different layers of the resampling so you can go back in case you need to make changes

Less recent but similar and very cool :
