Sampling Myself on the Digitakt - Anyone else try this?

of course. haven’t seen many folks do it with real drums yet - or mic’d up live instruments in general.

I see, I think recording an entire kit like this provides a more coherent sound… That’s why I love my Analog Rytm and building kits.

When you do it like this you just need to record a couple variations and you can play the entire variation or parameter lock different points of it… I guess I need a drum set now.

You’ve needed one all along haha - but yes for sure. Working on a version now where I chop & flip myself on the spot. This is a great technique for that and/or resampling internally on the digitakt.

The time to turn on the computer, load windows, run DAW, load plugins, adjust soundcard, add clips and record something, you already finished a track on the Digitakt. :slight_smile:
