Can anyone suggest why the sequencer doesn’t play on a Thru machine track, to be specific, I mean that there is no visual indication of progression as in with each step lighting up in the usual way.
Obviously, this means any trigs I have don’t get triggered. The track does pass audio without any problems.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Did you set it as a Play Free track?
Do you have a “play” icon below Thru track “T” label?
Thank you, but trigs aren’t trigg’d because sequencer isn’t playing. Placing trigs makes no difference. The track is in play, and passes audio.
Re the Plays Free option: Yes, that was it. I had been experimenting with the pattern settings, and thought I’d set all tracks back to their default, but I missed one, just couldn’t figure it out.
