EDIT: something got fucked up in on of the midi channels, not a problem form the octatrack but form machine drum. Thanks a lot!

I have a kind of urgent problem with my octatrack, I’ve already written to elektron, but I’m resorting to you good people as well, maybe someone has already had this one (it could be something dumb I’m simply unaware of, or something fucked up).
So yesterday I was rehearshing with my intruments, MD runs the clock and controls play and stop thru midi, and A4 and octatrack are slaves, in that order.
I always use tracks 7 and 8 as pickup tracks in order to loop the others and play with it.
The thing is all of a sudden, I don’t know if I pressed a weird button combination or something (I think I had it in keyboard mode and played a not while the pickup track was selected), but I can only select track 8, and whenever I try to select another track, it jumps back to 8 almost instantly.
Also when I press stop, and I’m unsure whether this happened before, but I think it didn’t, the sound stops, but the track step counter keeps running, rebooting at the count of 16 (also unsure if it has something to do, but I have the recorder set up to 64 steps).
I tried reloading the part but it still happens. When I change the machine the problem stops, but my live set is kind of built around this setting. Also this only happens with track 8, but track 7 is also a pickup machine and no problem there.
I have a big gig this friday so please, HELP!!!
