It’s a 3 steps sequencer.
So deffo a drum machine? No octamadness, so definitely not an OT2 (but we’ve known that since forever thanks to Dataline…)
Definitely sample based sounds I’d say. O for Octatrack? I sure hope so.
@Ess who did the video? Has that kind of aesthetic that Julian Casablancas + The Voidz / Strokes do well. Nice decision to go that route, good match
If it’s “Trinity” related, maybe a mixer which takes in 3 USB connections and splits things up into multiple channels? I’d go for something like that!
MD and MNM in a nice black box
In-house collaborative effort.
what christmas day used to be was likely a bit cheaper
Looks like my early call of square pads was right.
I’m getting a lopper feel again, the big buttons being a bit like the Boss RC-202 and 505.
Also, we were supposed to hit 1k posts before reaveal!
Really nice videos!
I reckon looper is a good guess at this point
Well the digits may reference it’s digital.
Or it can also be a tribute to SID station which had numbers…
Hope it’s the first one
Should have called the buttons A, B, C, it’s easier than 1, 2, 3…
Is this not a Jackson 5 song?
I just don’t hear many looping sounds in there. It sounds more like the cutty and slicy sound aesthetic of the OT, or any sampler really.
Simulated tapehead based looper, with stutering, tapesaturation, 90’s DAC glitches. All in a convenient black b0x, with big square pads numbered 1,2,3.
If it DOES turn out to be an OT2- like product. Does that make @spacetravelmadeeasy some sort of prophet? I mean he illustrated the pedal unit and there it was.
My OT needs prozac today
