I really hope it is a digitone keys. Although, that might make it harder to flip an Analog Keys to raise the money… DAMN.
That’s still not been figured out? – there are too many posts at the “RAFTD” thread for me to read.
One day – either the Grand Opening of Elektron Berlin or the SB preshow will tell.
ADDED: Yes tomorrow the dam breaks, there will be lots of news from the people walking around SB as it gets set up. Sonic State (Nick) is usually good for this sort of thing.
Will cuckoo be there?
Sure bet on Cuckoo. Calling @cuckoomusic.
PLUS: I just remembered Cuckoo is performing at SB19! At the Novation Club Night, along with Cenk. Sure to be packed. As i recall Cuckoo is performing on a Novation product of some description – could it be the MASSIVE NEW Summit? Stay tuned !
Will Cenk be allowed to use the new Elektron whatever in the Novation event? Will sparks fly? Stay tuned!
See detail here.
ADDED: I just had a vision of Cuckoo performing with a new Elektron Keyboard. I remember how good he is with the AK. Not sure if it’s this year, or even this universe.
Oh my WEAKSAUCE…
^ yes!
Wow!!
Oh my god dude I am beyond pumped for this! I think my head is going to explode.
Anyone suspect Behringer had early access to the Rockwell Integrated Space Plan? Oh mumma
Will Behringer be getting more questions about something they’re only planning to investigate or the new stuff ready to ship? It’s likely to be more than the K-20 as far as new stuff that they will be showing.
Too many wannabe vangelis / bladerunner sound people. Maybe it’s time to move on ? ( probably an unpopular opinion on synth site )
Not interested.
€299
Please lets avoid a Behringer war, where we have to shut down the thread.
My first thought: why the hell do they have the preset controls section, can’t they have just have normal patch management?! That section basically doubles the parts needed for the control panel and will be added on to the cost.
Wait - 2200 Euro? I guess it’s more of a Peak with keys vs. a big brother to bass station 2.
Yeah I could definitely do without the preset buttons, looks dumb. No presets needed at all in my opinion!
Summit - Peak what next? Pinnacle, Apex, Climax?
Not too surprised at the price – this might be more of a flagship machine for them. That’s same price range as the Arturia Matrixbrute.
I’m pleasantly surprised by the price, seems very reasonable and I’ll be picking one up for sure. The Peak is secretly the best synth a person could buy right now. The question for me is, do I hold onto my Peak and have 24 voices???
I’m talking about the 96 sliders and 8 buttons eating up the left third of the control panel. Presets are fine, I just don’t need them physically manifested on the control panel
Yeah I wanted to perform on the Circuit, but didn’t have time to prepare. It’ll be OP-Z
