''Transition trick'' issue

Hi,

I have little problem with transition trick. I’m runnin my AR trough my OT inputs AB. The issue begins when i’m trying to record a loop by using the Xfader. Everything is fine until i’m trying to listen that recorded loop (Scene B). First it sounds good but after a few seconds the loop fades away or sometimes get’s too loud and destroys the overal sound. All settings( Xvols ect.) should be fine.

I watched this video and did all the steps. I’m not sure what is wrong.

Sounds like you’re re-recording the “transition”? Check to make sure that your recording trigger is One-shot.

what is your source (SRC3) ?

Because sounds like you have that with the Main Volume set to less or more than 0, hence the inconsistency of the recorded level.

If you want to use Main you have to deal with that parameter set to 0.

Otherwise Tarekith suggested a more efficient implementation: use CUE or T8 (if used as master)
