Trig condition settings blocked out/unavailable

I love my rytm and have recently been on it a lot more, enjoying loading in samples and messing around. Everything’s been solid except that I recently noticed that my trig condition parameter is blocked out in the trig menu at the top right. Even when holding down a trig. In all the vids I see, everyone has a small circle in that slot that can be set to control when the trigs are activated. I’m trying to add randomness to my patterns.

My unit is from 2015 but I’ve seen trig conditions be available from vids back then. I’ll look into updating the OS but has anyone been aware of this problem?

You mean there‘s no TRC parameter visible?

Yes. The top row of my Trig menu page is Note Velocity Length and the 4th parameter is blocked out (like the back of a playing card)

IIRC trig conditions were introduced with the 1.22 firmware.
Which firmware are you running?

I think it’s 1.02. Shows for a split second.

Was that parameter blocked out then?

yes, it was not a thing in this firmware version…
