If so how
Use a DN midi channel on auto channel, transmit to OT, set OT to follow TM.
There will be some conflict since DNs syn tracks default to midi channel 1-4, OT audio tracks default to midi channel 1-8.
Its all in the manual.

Even with the manual, it doesn’t seem obvious imho ! 
This is in Project > MIDI > Control menu
TM = Trig Mode.
Choose Chromatic Trig mode with FN+Down arrows…
